There are different factors that affect how long a deploy can take to complete.

Number of Tests in Each Deploy

The more tests run in each check the longer a deploy can take. If you have chosen a higher number than the default this may affect the length of time to complete a deploy. If you find your deploys are taking too long you could try to reduce the number of tests in your checks to increase the speed of your deploys.

Amount of Tests

At certain times the demand for tests may be high and you will have to wait for a test agent to complete your deploy. If you are expriencing long deploy times you can try to change the region of your test to see if your deploy runs faster.
