Roles/Permissions

There are 3 layers of user types:

  • Organization owner: An organization can manage many clients. Organization owners have full control of all clients inside that organization and can View, Add/Remove and Edit clients, Add/Remove and Edit Users; Add/Remove and Edit Teams; modify Test Budgets and Site settings.
  • Team Admin: A team can manage many Users and can Add/Delete Users in a Team and Assign/Remove Permissions to Users within a Team.
  • User: A user is managed by at least 1 client. A user can be managed by many clients.

User Roles

There are 4 Roles that can be assigned to a User:

  • Client Viewer: Can view all projects managed by the client.
  • Client Admin: Has full control of the client they are assigned to.
  • Project Viewer: Can view the project they are assigned to.
  • Project Admin: Has full control of the project they are assigned to.
