/v1/uptime/site/{siteId}/page/{pageId}/outages

https://perf.niteco.com/api/v1/uptime/site//page//outages

Down periods (outages) of the page in the range. Pass status=up to list the up periods instead. timeto is null while a period is still ongoing.

Returns 400 Page not found in site! when the page does not belong to the site.
