Lighthouse & Chrome Version Upgrade

In this update, we’ve upgraded Lighthouse from version 12.2 to 15.2.1, and Chrome from version 129 to 135.
These changes do not affect most synthetic metrics, but some indicators (e.g., LCP, TBT, CLS) may show slight improvements.
